This website, https://seorocket.in/ (“Website”), and the SEO services offered through it (“Services”) are owned and operated under the brand name “SEORocket” (“SEORocket”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — a sole proprietorship firm registered as a Micro/Small Enterprise (MSME) with the Government of India (Udyam Registered) — having its principal place of business at Sheohar, Bihar, Pin Code 843329, India.

By accessing this Website, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and SEO Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or purchase our Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

2. Definitions

  • “Client” / “You” refers to the person or business accessing the Website or purchasing Services.
  • “SEORocket” / “We” refers to the sole proprietorship described in Section 1.
  • “Services” refers to SEO services including but not limited to backlinks, guest posts, domain authority improvement, content writing, and related digital marketing services offered on the Website.
  • “Order” refers to any plan, package, or service purchased by the Client through the Website or via direct communication (WhatsApp/email).

3. Services & Scope of Work

We provide SEO and digital marketing Services as described on the relevant product pages. The exact deliverables, quantity, and turnaround time are as stated on the product page or as separately agreed in writing for custom orders.

  • The scope of any Order is strictly limited to what is described on the product page or in a written agreement. Anything not expressly included is outside the scope.
  • For custom or large projects, a separate written quotation or agreement may define the scope, and that document will prevail over generic Website terms for that specific Order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order that requires work which is illegal, unethical, violates search engine guidelines beyond our service standards, or which we are unable to fulfil.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required in full in advance before work begins, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
  • Tax note: SEORocket is currently not registered under GST. Accordingly, no GST is charged or collected on our invoices. Prices are inclusive of all applicable charges as displayed.
  • We reserve the right to revise prices at any time. Price changes do not affect Orders already paid for and confirmed.

5. No Ranking Guarantee

SEORocket does not guarantee any specific search engine ranking, traffic increase, Domain Authority (DA) increase, or business result.

Search engine rankings depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to search engine algorithms, competitor activity, and the Client’s own website quality, content, and history. Our commitment is to deliver the Services described (e.g. the agreed backlinks or work) with reasonable care and quality. Purchase of our Services is at the Client’s own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for any ranking drop, deindexing, DA/DR decrease, traffic loss, or penalty resulting from search engine actions or from factors not directly caused by our negligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an Order or these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to SEORocket for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business, rankings, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You will provide accurate, complete, and lawful information (including website URLs, access details where needed, and content) required for us to perform the Services.
  • You own or are authorised to promote the website(s) and content submitted to us, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.
  • You will not use our Services for any website containing illegal, fraudulent, adult, gambling, or otherwise prohibited content where such promotion is unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Any delay or failure caused by your not providing required information on time is your responsibility and does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Delivery & Turnaround

  • Estimated delivery timelines stated on the product page are estimates, not guarantees. Reasonable delays due to volume, holidays, third-party platforms, or technical factors may occur.
  • Work is considered delivered when the completed report or deliverable is sent to the email or contact provided by the Client.

9. Non-Payment Consequences & Backlink Removal

In the event of delayed or non-payment, all live backlinks or deliverables provided as part of the Service may be permanently removed without prior notice. This applies to any invoice not settled by the agreed due date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of this term.

10. Trial & Quantity Terms

You may order any trial plan from the Website in only one (1) quantity. If more than one quantity of a trial plan is ordered, the excess will not be honoured and we will reduce the quantity to one.

11. Bulk Order Terms

You cannot place a bulk Order directly through the standard checkout. For bulk Orders, please contact us first via email or WhatsApp to confirm availability, pricing, and terms before ordering.

12. Intellectual Property & License

Unless otherwise stated, SEORocket and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for the material on this Website. You may view and use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial reference, subject to these Terms.

You must not, without our written permission:

  • Republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute material from this Website.
  • Use our logo, brand name, or artwork without a separate written license.

Deliverables produced for a Client (e.g. content, backlink reports) are provided for the Client’s use upon full payment.

13. User Comments & Content Liability

Parts of this Website may allow users to post comments or information. Such comments reflect the views of the person posting them, not of SEORocket. We do not pre-screen all comments but reserve the right to monitor and remove any comment that is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.

By posting, you warrant that your comments do not infringe any third-party rights and contain no defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material. You grant SEORocket a non-exclusive license to use and edit such comments.

We are not responsible for content that appears on your website. You agree to defend and hold us harmless against any claim arising from links, content, or activity on your own website.

14. Hyperlinking & iFrames

Government agencies, search engines, news organisations, and recognised directories may link to our Website provided the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply endorsement, and fits within the linking party’s content. We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our Website at any time.

You may not create frames (iFrames) around our webpages that alter their visual presentation without our written permission.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Website, or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to Section 19 (Dispute Resolution), the courts at Sheohar, Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or relating to these Terms.

19. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through good-faith discussion. The Client agrees to contact us directly (email/WhatsApp) and allow a reasonable period to resolve the matter before initiating any chargeback, complaint, or legal proceeding.

If the dispute is not resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Sheohar, Bihar, and the language shall be English/Hindi. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
